Abs of Steel...hardly

Since I began running my exercise days went from 5 a week to 3, and I have been feeling a little short changed. So I thought I would treat myself to a nice aerobic workout and I popped an ab workout I got from the library into the DVD machine. What a big mistake! I got a good workout but I have sore muscles where I didn't even know I had muscles. But in the greater scheme of things I guess this was good for me.
